Who is it for?

It's purpose-built for your midlife talent, but the impact is broader. The coaching tools and life-planning exercises have proven just as valuable for employees aged 40 and above, and the early longevity and multigenerational content is relevant to all ages. With five generations now working side by side, it helps the whole organisation think differently about longer, more purposeful careers.

How is Me/Redefined different from anything else on the market?

It's the only scalable coaching and learning platform built specifically for the midlife workforce that feeds aggregated, anonymised age intelligence back to HR leaders. Other tools give you L&D, or coaching, or analytics. Me/Redefined is the only end-to-end solution that combines all three for this demographic, turning a personal benefit into board-ready workforce insight.

How does it compare to, and work alongside, human coaches?

Is employee data private? Will managers see individual answers?

No. Confidentiality is the foundation of the platform: managers and HR never see an individual's responses, plans or reflections. Everything shared back to you is aggregated and anonymised with a minimum group size of five, so no result is personally identifiable. The only personal data we collect is first name, last name and email, and users control exactly what, if anything, they choose to share with their manager.

What security and compliance standards does the platform meet?

55/Redefined is Cyber Essentials certified and the Me/Redefined platform holds SOC 2 Type II certification. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or above in transit, hosted exclusively in the EU (AWS, Dublin) under UK and EU GDPR, with full GDPR and CCPA compliance and role-based access control. Does it support SSO and integrate with our systems?

Yes. Authentication runs through Auth0, supporting username and password, multi-factor authentication and full single sign-on (SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect), with most clients connecting via Microsoft Entra. Users are invited into the platform rather than auto-provisioned, keeping you in control of access. It runs in the latest Chrome, Edge and Safari across desktop, tablet and mobile.

How does the AI (Guide) work, and is it safe?

The Guide is our proprietary, behaviour-guided AI coach, not a generic open chatbot. She responds only from trusted, curated Me/Redefined content and the user's own inputs, which keeps her free from the age bias that creeps in from the open internet. She's designed to support reflection and clarity, never to make decisions for the user, and all Guide conversations are anonymised.

How much does it cost?

How does licensing and scaling work?

Me/Redefined is a SaaS platform that scales with you. Most clients start with a high-impact cohort, such as a department or location with a high proportion of midlife staff, then use those insights to build the business case for a wider roll-out across markets, teams and new hires. Flexible licensing means you only expand as fast as you need.

What do implementation, onboarding and support look like?

We guide you end to end. You get line-manager and employer toolkits, training, a launch webinar and a dedicated Customer Success Manager who meets you regularly to review engagement and share insights. For employees, onboarding is motivating and self-guided, with behavioural nudge reminders and Guide on hand throughout, so adoption stays high and your HR team's time is protected.
