One Report.
A complete picture of where you stand on age.
A snapshot score and report empowering you to improve your age initiatives

Pioneering workforce intelligence for world's largest employers.

The biggest workforce shift is the one you're not measuring.
Demographics are outpacing your plans
Half the Western workforce will be over 50 by 2030, and birth rates are plummeting. The shift is already happening. You need a workforce plan for the advent of the 100-year life.

Risk of inaction
When initiatives launch without a plan, they miss the real gaps. And policies that overlook age carry legal, reputational and financial risk and costs.

Expertise is walking out the door
Every unplanned retirement takes decades of know-how with it, often with no notice and no handover. And the next wave of leavers is bigger than most plans allow for.

Committed on paper, unmeasured in practice
Most organizations say experienced talent matters to them. Very few can actually prove how age inclusive they are. So, there's no baseline, it’s hard to prioritize, and there’s no progress to measure.
